Every student in the cohort creates a real product or service and presents in a final pitch session with parents & judges.

At Launchpad Juniors, students don't just learn about entrepreneurship - they live it! In just 8 weeks, they:

Build a Real Product or Service

Learn to identify real world problems, and develop practical solutions.

Talk to Customers & Improve

Interview real customers, collect feedback, improve offering, & generate sales.

Learn Communication & Sales

Practice speaking clearly, explaining ideas confidently, and persuading others.

Pitch Business to a Judge Panel

Deliver final pitch to a judge panel, building confidence in public speaking.

The Final Pitch: Confidence in Action

After weeks of building, testing, and practice, students present their businesses to judges and parents in a professional pitch showcase.

Students don’t sit through lectures; they present, test, build, and iterate every week. Working in a real boardroom environment, they learn executive-style communication, collaboration, and resilience.

From Idea to Business - The Launchpad Journey

Phases 1-2:
Ideation

Identify pressing real-world problems and creative solutions.
Phases 3-5:
Build & Test

Develop a minimum viable product (MVP) and start testing with potential customers.
Phases 5-7:
Refine & Plan

Analyze feedback on MVP, refine product, and start building business plan.
Phase 8:
Presentations

Present business plans and journey in a business plan competition.
